TielOS is a small, one-person business, and this page explains simply what happens with your information if you visit this site or fill out the contact form.

What I collect

If you fill out the contact form, I collect whatever you enter: your name, business name, phone number, email, and whatever you write in the message. That's it. I don't use tracking cookies, analytics, or ad pixels on this site, so there's nothing else being collected in the background.

What I do with it

I use your information for exactly one thing: to get back to you about what you wrote. I don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else. It doesn't get added to a mailing list or used for anything beyond responding to you directly.

Where it's stored

The contact form runs through Netlify, the company that hosts this website. When you submit the form, that information passes through their systems to reach me. Netlify has its own privacy and security practices, you can find those on their site if you want the details.

How long I keep it

I keep messages as long as it's useful for following up with you. If you'd like your information deleted at any point, just ask, and I'll take care of it.
